ID's

Official identification documents, such as a driver's license or passport, to verify the applicant's identity.

Bank Statement

A recent bank statement showing the balance and transactions, to demonstrate that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover the required deposits for the rent.

Pay Stubs

Three recent pay stubs showing the applicant's income. The monthly income should be at least three times the rent amount.

1099 Forms (for self-employed)

If the applicant is self-employed, they need to provide the last three 1099 forms, which are IRS documents reporting income earned from independent work.
